Lan messenger offers real-time messages exchange that is ideal for the office or for university students, or home-LAN clients. There are a host of attractive winpopup lan messenger features that will appeal to any basic user and speedy message delivery is guaranteed. The winpopup lan messenger supports Windows XP, Windows 98/ME/2000, Windows 2003 Server and Windows NT 4.0 Users can select one of the few message templates to customise message content. Office workers or students can send attached documents for instant discussion of the work. With the option of automatic generation of a contact list, see who is available and who isn't via the right hand panel of the window. Select sounds to be played when sending or receiving messages from the twelve sounds (*.wav) provided by the lan messenger. Users will find the lan messenger easy to deploy as the lan messenger does not need the use of a server and works immediately upon installation. The lan messenger includes an auto responder that offers the convenience of sending automatic replies. Messages are transferred at high speeds, enabling real-time discussion. Receive unlimited email technical support from friendly staff. Lan users are able to send a fast reply with just two clicks of the mouse. Inform others of your presence or absence by selecting one of the user status options. Get the instant attention of the receiver by selecting the 'high priority' option for the message. Users can send a message to multiple recipients. The lan messenger is very flexible, for example, you can change the look of the message with font size selection. Retrieve message history via the message log window that also allows searching, filtering and exporting of important messages.
